As we head towards 2013, we’d like you to join us as we look back on the things that made 2012 so memorable for us. Although we didn’t get to do as much of it as we’d like this year, the two episodes of enConnected LIVE we did manager to produce featured two of our favorite video game aficionados.
On Episode 4 I had the opportunity to go in-depth with one of my favorite video game journalists Godfree of GamerTagRadio. During the episode we talked about everything Xbox ecosystem related all the way down to how he got his start and his beliefs on independent websites in general. As you could probably tell from the audio, I was about as nervous as I’ve ever been talking to someone, even on ZuneSpring LIVE.
Just before we decided to put the show back on hiatus because of man power, we got the opportunity to sit and chat with Justin Amirkhani as trekked across North America in search of insight into games in Episode 005, his love of gaming, and life in general. This interview directly led to my stepping up our editorial calendar and pushing the site even further than we had in the editorial department. (Though there is a lot more work we can do in that department.)
Though this turned out not to be a banner year for our podcasting efforts, we’re going to keep swinging for the fences in the new year, as we’re kicking off another attempt at a viable audio show just after the ball drops. You didn’t think we left ‘Podcasts’ on our navigation menu for nothing did you?
