Saturday Night at the Movies: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them review

Saturday Night at the Movies: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them reviewA movie set in the same magical world as Harry Potter, but without Harry Potter himself. If you’d have asked me whether that was a good idea five years ago, I would have said it was crazy. Actually, I would have asked, “are you nuts?” Then I’d have remembered the disaster that was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and remembered anything is possible when you’re dealing with Warner Brothers Pictures. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, arrived at movies theaters this week. I’d be lying if I said that this movie wasn’t my must-see motion picture of the year.

The Culture: Xbox Turns 15 & Zune Would Have Been 10

The Culture: Xbox Turns 15 & Zune Would Have Been 10The best thing that you've ever purchased isn't the thing you're most excited to get you were excited to get your hands on. It isn't the one that you spent the most money on either. I tend to believe that the best purchase you've ever made is the thing that is always with you doing exactly what you want it to do. Xbox Live and Zune are like that for me. Both are celebrating birthdays this month.

The Culture: N7 Day brings ‘Mass Effect Andromeda’ trailer and more

The Culture: N7 Day brings ‘Mass Effect Andromeda’ trailer and moreAdmittedly, I'm a recent recruit to the annual phenomenon that is N7 Day. In fact, today was the first time I ever celebrated the Mass Effect series' annual heyday. I wasn't around for the first two games in the series, and decided it wasn't worth ruining the franchise by only playing the third. Electronic Arts and developer Bioware made my first N7 Day one to remember though. This morning that company shared a new Mass Effect Andromeda trailer and more.
